In House Development Plans

Major Account – Strategic Account (MASA) Membership

Ricoh recognizes the intrinsic value of a strong relationship between our experienced sales staff and Ricoh named Major and Strategic Accounts. Many large companies have the technical expertise and know how to successfully integrate their in-house developed solutions with Ricoh hardware and software. Ricoh supports this activity by offering MASA in-house developers the ability to obtain the same high-level tools as our Premier Plus Developers, as well as access to our email based technical support system. This combination of tools and support will allow the in-house developer to quickly bridge the knowledge gap in order that they may rapidly create an integrated solution with Ricoh hardware and software.
Membership fee for the MASA program is $2,500 annually which includes up to 20 email support system incidents. Additional email support incident blocks may be purchased as necessary and utilized by up to three (3) in-house developers. Entry to this program is limited to Ricoh named Major and Strategic Accounts and the Ricoh account representative must approve admission. Ricoh will conduct a verification of developers’ skills prior to program acceptance and a signed contract is required.

EDU Membership

Since the inception of the Ricoh Developer Program, higher-level education institutions have requested access to the Ricoh toolset. Many such institutions have in-house developed ECM systems and Ricoh hardware and software. Through the new EDU program, members will now have the tools necessary to integrate their in-house solutions with Ricoh product offerings. EDU members have access to the highest-level tools in the Ricoh Premier Plus Program including Ricoh’s Embedded Software Architecture (ESA) technology.

There is no membership fee for the EDU program, however this program is solely for use by the IT development staff located within accredited higher education institutions. Incident email support blocks can be purchased as necessary and can be utilized by up to three (3) in-house developers. Ricoh will conduct a verification of developers’ skills prior to program acceptance and a signed contract is required.
